Tirupur knitwear industry safe down on the cluster and with the holistic approach Sripuram Foundation was founded by the entrepreneurs and philanthropists of Tirupur. The earlier another name of Tirupur is 'Sripuram' and its trust worthy mechanism works in the name of “Sripuram Trust”.
To develop the infrastructure of Tirupur, to keep the city green and clean, to dirt-free and save water lakes, to increase labour resources, conducting labour skill development programs and by the trainings improving the skills of labours, abolition of crimes and prevention of safety in public places, surveillance camera installations by these inventiveness of “Sripuram Trust” will obtain Tirupur to the next level.
Sripuram Trust involved in Vision 2020 exercise of enhancing the total turnover target of Tirupur up to Rupee one lakh crore by the year 2020.
This draft project report has been prepared, with the approval of the central and state governments to implement the proposals on grounds.
